We constantly put ourselves in our clients’ shoes. We provide effective services such as project research and planning to design and construction. This is carried through to maintenance once a building is completed, as well as rebuilding and reuse once the life-cycle of a building is over. We conduct management utilizing our technologies and our know-how accumulated as a comprehensive design consultancy.

With our track record working on public facilities such as various halls and government buildings, as well as office buildings, apartments, hotels, retail facilities, welfare facilities, factories, warehouses, etc., we respond to a variety of client requests. Promoting projects efficiently and economically, we satisfy the QCDSE (quality, cost, delivery, safety and engagement) required by clients and direct projects toward their goals.

Engineering Support

We efficiently and economically promote projects using our technology and know-how

A comprehensive design consultancy using our technology and know-how, we provide a variety of technological support services, always cognizant of our clients’ point-of-view. For example, we provide bid support, implementation of ideas through design management, schedule management, communication management, visualization of hazards and risks and BCP support among other services.

Cost Management

We visualize costs and make them transparent at each stage of architectural planning to bring about an appropriate balance of price and cost

We support project progress by making rational decisions and appropriately adjusting price and cost balance during a project’s planning and design to ordering and construction stages. We conduct cost simulations (budget and estimate plans), VE (value engineering), cost assessments, etc. according to individual needs.

Coordination by Various Professionals

We form project teams appropriate for each project

In addition to our in-house technological support system, we form optical project teams from the perspective of our clients by matching various expert consultants and manage projects. For example, we match our projects with architectural designers, office designers, shop and interior designers, retail facility consultants, medical facility consultants, market research consultants, universities, specialized research institutes, etc.

Stock Management

We add value through planned maintenance support of buildings and various renovation proposals

We support planned maintenance, renovation and conversions after buildings are completed. Utilizing renovation consulting, deterioration diagnosis, medium- to long-term conservation plans and such, we formulate strategic and optimal stock management for our clients and strive to increase the value of buildings and assets.
