Adding value to the architecture and city by re-vitalizing existing resources shall turn to the assets

The changes along the time are unavoidable facts. The architecture and city change with society, functions and the conditions of use. As this natural cause of deniable condition, we focus to contribute our abilities to be a part of creating progressive and regenerating architecture and the city. We had many projects on retrieving existing buildings like earthquake proof structures, renovating interiors and exteriors, building conversions, implication of the ecological system, intermediate and long term building maintenance management, proposal for large scale renovation projects and PM/CM consulting works. With these projects, we believe that our efforts would contribute to enhance the value of social assets.
